I previously owned a home and rental properties.as a previous landlord I understand the importance to renting to someone that you feel is comfortable and trustworthy.

When I moved up here from missouri, I sold those properties. I am moving from the cities to be near maple grove, where my family is.

I am very respectful, responsible, and understand the importance of privacy between myself and a roomate.
