Clean, Hardworking, personable and looking for a clean safe room to rent. I Like to stay active and healthy. I’m an LPN . Pretty Laid back and friendly. I don’t keep crazy hours or bring the party home( sober for many years). I cook semi-regularly and like to keep a tidy space. I like a peaceful vibe. I would also prefer a roommate who does not drink excessively or smoke marijuana or use any other illicit drugs. Preferably Looking for a Room with an attached private bathroom , no kids or families and ideally only 1, possibly 2 roommates. Studios or interesting private-ish spaces are a plus. Negotiable with rent for right space.
