Looking for a room/home to rent. Prefer a single-story home somewhere downtown Savannah that’s musician/artist friendly. I’m a 32 year old native Savannah. Usually keep to myself but I am sociable. All about music, live shows and good people.

I try to treat my home like a sanctuary. I’m detailed oriented, clean up after myself and like to keep my living space tidy. I would prefer to live with someone who abides by similar housekeeping routine and upkeep. Prefer a no shoes household.

Always have rent/bills paid on time. Respectful of other’s things and privacy/ boundaries.

I love to cook for my friends and family as well.
