I am in the process of remodeling my home and need a place to stay until April of 2020. I would like to have a quiet room a private bath and preferably a private entrance.

I am single, have no pets, and do not drink or use drugs. I am usually gone in the evenings and sometimes all day. I would like kitchen privileges for the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster (I have one). I don’t need to cook or have company over as I am just waiting for my home to be remodeled so I am not homeless anymore. I usually like to keep to myself so I am not looking to make friends with anyone in the house, just a place to stay temporarily. The rental would start December ending in April or May.
