I am flexible on move date. I have rented a guest house in Mesa for 5 years. Actually love it but its more space than I need & being close to retirement in a couple years I would like to be saving more money & fill my coffers a bit more. I’m looking for a comfy place to land for a couple years. I am very active (or was before covid), very healthy, no financial issues, no drama. My grown kids & friends live in Chandler so would like the Mesa/Chandler/Tempe area. I’m a quiet person, non abrasive. I like to be out with friends or family & like hiking at S. Mtn during the cooler months. I also enjoy a glass of wine & sitting outside reading. I do have a 11 year old grandson that I like to have over now & then so that needs to be considered. Mainly looking for a home with one person (female) versus a group situation.
