Hi! I’m someone who really values a calm, comfortable home and takes pride in being a great person to live with. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and naturally quiet, so I tend to keep things peaceful. I’m also very communicative and reliable—easy to coordinate with and always mindful of others’ schedules and needs. I work in Long Beach from 9:30am–6:00pm and keep a relaxed, consistent routine outside of that. I’m looking for a peaceful environment where I can settle in for about a year while I save up. I have a clean background. I’d love the chance to meet and tour the place beforehand to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. Looking forward to connecting!
