Hello! My name is George. Most people would consider me a really good person, honest, reliable, interesting, easygoing, and outgoing. I’m looking for a room to rent (furnished or unfurnished) for long-term. My budget is $400 - $600 month. I am a young age 65 on Social Security and I also still work a little more than part-time.

I’ve owned my own softball tournament business (closed 2016) as well as a screen printing business for most of my adult life, but at 65, decided to slow down a little and downsize. I closed my active screen printing shop/warehouse/office and now work with my son’s screen printing business keeping my client base.
I have lived in Orange County all of my life, so my family and friends are here. I have four very capable grown children (no drama).
