I recently changed jobs and my point of operation is in Salisbury, MD. I own a home in NC, and I’m not interested in purchasing a separate house. Nor, signing a long term lease on a rental. I would love to find someone renting a room in the area. I really enjoy rural atmosphere. I’m a very friendly and personable guy. Extremely easy to get along with.
I would like enough space to accommodate a king sized bed, and a full size computer desk with extremely large monitor. I also own a motorcycle, and a pellet smoker that I would need space to accommodate.
