What’s up everybody! Looking for a place to rent and call home. I’m an open minded dude, with many talents and capabilities. A great roommate and co-habitor skilled in many aspects of home maintenance and repair, Been a homeowner and property manager in the past. Currently working a lot in the Bay Area but will hopefully be spending more time in the Sacramento region soon. I would like to find a place where I can meditate outside and have a small music studio. I enjoy kitchen projects and keeping common areas clean and enjoyable for all. Let me know if you’d think we’d make good as roommates.
