Hi there! My fiance, myself, and our 3 well behaved cats are looking to rent an apartment or guest home! We are both non-binary transgender individuals and use they/them pronouns. We rely on medical cannabis for our health and need a space that is accepting. My fiance also smokes cigarettes, but only outdoors.

We are quiet, and clean up after ourselves and our cats. We keep to ourselves as we are very introverted as well as anxious. We keep the cats’ claws trimmed, and they’re all loyal users of their litter-box (no accidents). We are both friendly, creative, good with children and animals alike, and excited to be establishing our life together here in Riverside.
