I am a single male who is a non smoker and non drinker. I have no pets. I am looking for mature professional people to rent from. References available upon request. I am a very quiet person, and value a quiet household and environment like gold. When I’m not working I love to read. I require a private bathroom and preferably a private entrance if possible as well. I also require high speed internet for work related purposes. I also require a non lgbtq and non cannabis related environment as well. I don’t have any furniture I would be looking to bring to the property. I simply have my clothes and quite a few books. I am in transition and will discuss the approximate time frame needed for the rental.
