Hi! My boyfriend and I are full-time workers currently living in Sunland, CA and have a 10-month-old border collie/golden retriever mix who is super sweet and well trained as well as a service dog. We are super chill people, as well as very responsible, quiet tenants. We have both rented rooms and paid rent recently.
