Recently moved all the way from Washington state! I’m looking to move with my wonderful fiancé, Connor. LGBT and LGBT friendly. Also disability friendly (including mental disabilities & disorders) and pet-friendly (including creepy crawlies, scales, & feathered friends)

We both take care of our spaces and keep to ourselves, but enjoy talking and hanging out with others! We also enjoy video games, videos/tv, animals, board games, writing, cooking, baking, and trying new recipes; (but we keep the kitchen spaces clean, and avoid crowding the kitchen when others are using it.)

I’m a freelance visual artist online, my focus is mainly on my health, but I am also looking to go back to school. I have a stress disorder, a bad back, and crooked knee; but I can help with house work until I have to rest & recover.

I don’t really want to start new with roommates; but only because of poor experiences with roommates (rude roommate that stole money, and inconsiderate roommates) But my health is too poor to work, and no apartment so far has been able to take me without pay stubs or an “out-of-this-world” co-signer.

We both have no credit score, but we will be opening up credit cards to start one. (We just only bought what we could afford)

I have a co-signer for apartments, but his credit score is average.

Neither of us have pets, but we love animals. We don’t believe in “aggressive breeds”, just bad training and different personalities. The only dog we’d have to meet before moving with is a Great Dane; nothing against the breed though! One of us was attacked by one and we aren’t sure yet if it’d be manageable.

We can move as soon as possible; depending on where we are moving (application process, etc.) we can move immediately.
