I am a minimalist by design, an accidental work-acholic, I appreciate art, enjoy the company of dogs, and love to eat almost everything. I’m an open book and kind-a corny. 😊 I’m starting over so I will not be bringing much with me. I ended my previous lease at the end of June and am now staying with close friends until I find something hopefully by the end of this month. I’m looking for a large bedroom that has it’s own bathroom. Preferably would like to stay in an owner occupied home or at least in a home in which a non-occupant landlord can handle payment of any vacancy so that my rent agreement is not jeopardized. I work in Brandywine mostly everyday including weekends and I work average 16 hours a day so the most you will see me is when I have my 11 year old son visit every other weekend. (a second spare guest bedroom is a bonus, but lack of one is not a deal breaker :)) My long term goal is to stay 2-4 years until I’m at place where I can purchase my own condo.
