I’m looking for a space that has it’s own bathroom and living space like a master suite, ensuite, or basement. Ive been living in a beautiful home in Waldorf, MD for past few years with my landlord’s sister, but he has decided to sell his home, so I am looking to move as soon as end of August 2026.

I work primarily at home, but will also work away from home once or twice a week. I have a 17 year old who may visit for a weekend occasionally. I do not have a partner and I’m not interested in dating so it will just be me.

I’m pretty quiet. I love animals, though I have no pets, but if you have one, I’m all for it! I like to watercolor paint in my free time. I’m chill, private, and believe a home should be treated like a sanctuary.

I need enough space for my bedroom, desk for work, draftimg table for art, and couch/TV. So I need an UNFURNISHED space. I also would need to share the main kichen, but I do not want to share a bathroom.
