I’m looking for a large bedroom that has it’s own bathroom and living space like a master suite or ensuite. Ive been living in a beautiful home in Waldorf, MD for past few years with my landlord’s sister, but he has decided to sell his home, so I am looking to move as soon as end of August 2026, but if I find something I can’t pass up, I’m sure he will work with me.

I work primarily at home, but will also work away from home once or twice a week. I have a 17 year old in Pikesville, MD who may visit for a weekend occasionally. I do not have a partner and I’m not interested in dating so it will just be me.

I’m pretty quiet. I love animals, though I have no pets, but if you have one, I’m all for it! I like to watercolor paint in my free time. And I’m chill, private, and believe a home should be treated like a sanctuary.
