I’m looking to move to the West Los Angeles area or surrounding cities. Currently, working full-time in North Hollywood as a Case Manager in project housing. My credit is above 750, clear background. I have no pets, single, male or female roommate is fine. I want a nice space, with a nice size closet and my own bathroom. We can team up and split everything. Parking space is non-negotiable for me. We can find a space to lease together i.e., 2-bedroom/2-bath as well. I prefer no pets and a 2-person household, guests are fine. I like watching movies and playing music from time to time. If you’d like to meet and find an apartment together, i’m all for that as well. I’m in no rush and very patient.
