I’m looking for a basement or room to rent that’s okay with renting to a couple with a child who’ll we’ll get on our days. It would be nothing more than a few months if that until we can find an apartment. Looking to stay in spokane. My fiancé is a carpenter and I attend school full-time at scc and receive financial aid. We’re looking to spend around $500 a month(negotiable) for rent plus utilities and looking to move within the next week or so. I do have a 4 year old neutered house trained husky but other arrangements can be placed if pet aren’t welcome I have someone he can stay with for the time being.
