Hi. I’m Rosie. I wrote one of these and then it got deleted because I saw a shiny thing. Oye. So let’s try this again.

I’m a NY transplant who relocated to Vegas for greater work opportunity and warmer weather (I never wanted to dig my car out of 6’ of snow or shovel again lol) I have a career that I live for (concert touring and all the hats asscoiated) for over two decades. Recently, as I’m sure you are well aware of, COVID has shut that down but it is slowly making its way back. Now…onto the stuff that you really want to know (cuz I’m a pretty big awesome onion) but that’s not why you came here.

As a roomate..I can tell you this: I am clean, respectful of your things (and my own) though I don’t travel with much these days as while I do consider my home a “sanctuary” and can be found mostly watching movies, enjoying conversation, cooking, or just relaxing..I spend the majority of my “free time” (which isn’t too much normally with my work schedule during normal times) either traveling, playing outdoors. If I am home..I am normally relaxing or on my computer or doing one of the aforementioned things. I have never been evicted,I am responsible, pay my bills, abide by “normal human decency law” . I am fun, extroverted, but not dramatic. I prefer male roomates to female ones (less drama) but am not your mama so you must be clean. With that said, I am not opposed to an adult female roomate also. I am not looking for a super group setting and would prefer one to two roomates max and/or a traveling roomate as I do like my privacy like anyone else. I am social, and enjoy others’ company but I am an adult and rarely have guests, and never bring the party home outside of the occasional get together or bbq (which of course would be subject to approval from everyone in the house…going back to “human decency law” lol) I am easy going, friendly, like to cook for others, like to eat more (lol. I’m a total Italian kid..bonus if it has potatoes) hike, canyoneer, rock climb, road trip, sing (but not if you’re home or trying to sleep or relax lol) kayak, wakeboard, etc. Right now I am really looking just for a safe space with some like minded folks while I rebuild/restrategize my post-covid life. I am not looking for a forever home but probably for 6 months or so to a year would be my guess. I recently became a certified travel agent (so bonus points if you like to travel! I can hook you up!) and am getting ready to launch and promote my own travel service very soon. I am horrible at talking about this stuff, so life is a bit more complicated right now. I’d be happy to answer any direct question you have with full transparency. Just go ahead and ask me! Cuz lord knows you have better things to do than read this word drama. Cheers!
