Hello, Chris here and I’m a business professional. I work from home as a full-time Realtor and have been for the last several years. Looking to keep my cost of living down to hit my next invest and target business goals. I’m currently renting a room now, but it will no longer be available after the 30th. I’m very clean, social, but can keep to myself. I’m a very relaxed, positive, and logical thinker. I’m easy to live with and I don’t mind sharing or keeping things separate (Fridge, Bath, etc). My price is flexible, but depends on the situation and what the place has to offer, etc.

I have two small loving dogs (Shepard/Terry according to the paperwork, rescued brothers, over 3 now). They’re trained very well and listen to my commands. I can limit their area or furniture if need be (baby gate, etc). Since I’m a clean person myself, so are my pets as I clean up after them throughout the week given I work from home. This makes it easier to stay on top of, etc. They don’t bark throughout the night and I pick up after them each time.
