Just like my title that’s what I’m looking for in return for a roommate. Cleanliness of common areas are non negotiable for me. I enjoy being social but love my alone time just as much and hope to find a roommate to respect this balance. I love to cook so more than minimal kitchen access is needed. When I’m not working you can find me at the gym, reading, or catching up on my favorite shows. Not a partier so you don’t have to worry about bringing the party home. I welcome pets as long as they’re friendly! Lastly mail and packages I would like to be able to receive at my new address! Best, Jasmin
