A born and raised New Yorker, I just came to North Carolina after spending the past 8 years in Utah. I haven’t lined up a job yet, but I’ll soon have retirement income and would like to work part-time also. I’m clean, quiet and respectful of others’ property as well as their privacy. I’m a non-smoker and light drinker and don’t use drugs. I have no pets, but am OK with cats or dogs if my roommate has any. My location preferences include various places roughly between Morganton to the west and Winston-Salem on the east.
