hi, I’m Eugene, I’m 32. looking for a room for myself. ideally in East Hollywood or close. I do electronic music. it never has to be loud, or even audible to anyone, headphones are always fine. but a house where you can pump up some volume would be a dream. I as well paint and write. I’m a vegetarian, almost a vegan. I don’t drink, don’t use, and don’t really do parties. Unless it’s a cozy private vibe. I prefer balanced mixed gender households. ideally people with similar interests. ideal perfect dream scenario is an old fashioned house without too much of modern refurbishments, with some sense of community and decent folk. counting to move at around 12th of August. I’m going to study creative disciplines in LACC, and want to find a long term stay during my studies. But I as well am very opened and will be glad to pre-arrange a short-term stay to have a place to land upon arrival.
