I’m a very mellow, down-to-earth, and friendly person who gets along with pretty much anyone. I’m originally from the West Coast and love to travel. I’m actually just getting back from a three-and-a-half-month trip through Latin America! I decided to change up the vibe and move to the East Coast, and since I’ve heard so many great things about Richmond, I thought I’d give it a shot.The main thing to know about me as a roommate is that I’m clean, easy to talk to, and super mindful of other people’s space. I’ve rented rooms in several houses before and have never had an issue with anyone. I don’t have guests over very often, but I don’t mind at all if you do. In my free time, I love to read, write, and spend time in nature. I also absolutely love animals and am super good with pets, so I’m more than happy to live with them.Just as a quick side note so you don’t have to worry—I don’t do drugs and very rarely drink. I do occasionally smoke weed, but it’s not a daily thing and I am 100% fine keeping it outside. I’m completely nonjudgmental and don’t care what your vibe is, as long as we just respect each other and the shared space.I am currently job hunting here, but I have the savings ready to fully cover my first few months of rent. Looking forward to finding a relaxed place to call home!
