I am looking for a room to rent on a month to month bases.
I am retired and I would be an excellent tenant.
I am very quiet, clean, neat, organized and eager to help around the house and yard, type of person.
I’m also a good cook, so if there is a need for this service, I can provide that service.
I am the Director, Trainer and Instructor for over 20 years teaching CPR and First Aid. So I would be a good person to have, in emergency situations.
I do have a 8 year old, 20 lb
