Hello, I’m Emily! I am just coming off of a successful house-sharing arrangement of 10 years.

About Me: -Friendly, but private. I spend a lot of time working and decompressing from work.

• Conscientious about noise and keeping shared spaces neat.
• Stable income, good credit.
• In my free time, I like walk, bike, write, and read. (A little bit of everything - but my go-to genres are history, science-fiction, and fantasy). -Trying to reestablish a gym habit. :|

What I am seeking in house-mates:

• Mindful of shared spaces, on the chill/quiet side.
• Non-smokers (tobacco or anything else). No judgement; the fumes/smell just make me sick.
• No/few shedding pets. Mildly allergic. A pet might be ok as long as it doesn’t enter my private space.
• Stable employment/income.

What I am seeking, setting-wise:

• Safe, quiet neighborhood.
• Free-standing house, townhome, or ADU/In-Law Suite (avoiding apartments - for noise and parking situations).
• Currently in Woodland. Willing to stay in Woodland or move to in/near Natomas/North Sacramento.
• Willing to spend a little more to rent a master-bedroom or bedroom+office. (I occasionally work from home, so having the space would be fabulous).
