Hello, I’m Viviana Perez! I’m a dean’s honor list student at UC Santa Cruz coming out of the on-campus apartments. I’m avidly searching for housing for next school year (and hopefully next few years if possible). I’m double majoring in Sociology and AGPM at UCSC and will most likely be working next school year, so not home too much. I love running, going to the gym, doing pilates, and doing creative activities like painting and writing. I’m the first in my family to attend college, and I would desperately like to find housing within my budget. I’m excited about this place because it suits my location and budget ($1,100) needs. I’m happy to provide any references, credit score check (consistently around 800), or other documentation a landlord may need to verify my quality as a tenant. Looking forward!
