My name is Andy. I’m a real estate broker working remotely who’s looking for a roommate or two to split a place with in Venice. I am from Los Angeles and am very familiar with the area.

I’m really into bodybuilding, jiu-jitsu, planning out my next tattoo, and living a healthy lifestyle. This means I am I’m usually at the gym, training, working, or out with friends. I travel quite a bit for fun (going to Japan in December with my girlfriend) and also go to my fair share of festivals/shows. I am very much into hard rock, house, or techno. Went to Lightning in a Bottle for my second year in a row with plans to attend Makin Time in Philly and Seismic in Austin. Going to the playa is on my bucket list.

At home I prefer to maintain a shared clean space. I cook a lot and not a fan of having junk food in the house, but that does not mean I don’t love to eat out once in a while, and when I do, it’s all or nothing. I love BBQ, Thai, and any baked goods. My bakery crawls tend to go overboard. Regarding furniture, I already have most of the furniture we will need sitting in storage as well as all my artwork (most of it Japanese inspired). Whatever we do not have, we can get.

I am looking for someone chill and respectful, who’s financially responsible: pays rent on time, respects each other’s space, and is down for a friendly living situation where we can hang out occasionally but also do our own thing. Finding the right roommate is more important than rushing into a living situation. The sooner the better but will wait for the right fit.
