Hey I’m Julian 🙂 I am 34 and I’m looking for a place in Asheville. Currently living in Jax, FL. I accidentally moved back to FL 4.5 years ago to help my Grandma take care of her brother and my Grandpa. Once Grandpa died I figured I’d go back to Oregon, but ended up getting a job and a place; hence “accidentally” moved back to FL. I’ve visited AVL 5 times and love it. I enjoy rock climbing, skateboarding, reading, snowboarding, hiking, movies, swimming, sauna, cold plunges, outdoor stuff. Some things I value in a living situation include friendly roommates, quiet nights for sleep so I can get up early for work, personally maintaining cleanliness in the spaces I occupy and expecting the same from other roommates, and sharing occasional time and conversation with roommates.
