Hi! I’m Claudia, just moved to Central Texas. I run my own consulting work in healthcare policy, plus a tourism content brand I built from the ground up — so I work from home most days, which means you’ll usually find me around, but tucked into my own projects rather than underfoot.

I like having a comfortable dynamic at home where everyone feels at ease — my vibe depends on the week: some weeks are quiet and heads-down, others I’m more social and up for hanging out. I’m easy to get along with and genuinely enjoy good company, but I also respect everyone’s need for quiet time when they need it. I like to cook and mostly make my own meals, so I’m pretty self-sufficient in the kitchen. Since I’m new to the area, I’d love roommates who are up for exploring Austin together sometimes too, or who are open to offering tips on the area.

I’m bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented by trade, and generally easygoing to live with. Looking forward to finding a good living situation where everyone can do their own thing but still feel comfortable saying hi in the kitchen.

I’d prefer a month-to-month situation to give me the ability to test out the neighborhood, but will likely end up staying 6 months to a year if I like the location and home environment. As I arrived in Texas with nothing, I’ll need a place that’s furnished.
