I’m a male international student from Taiwan attending College of the Canyons. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and responsible. I do not smoke or use cannabis, and I have no pets. I’m looking for a comfortable place for the upcoming academic year.

I can provide identification, school documents, previous rent payment records, and a reference from my previous landlord. Since I am currently in Taiwan, I would need a live video tour before signing a rental agreement.
