Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate who is respectful, clean, responsible, and values a peaceful, drama-free home. I’m considerate, detail-oriented, and believe open communication is the key to being great roommates.

I’ve been a nurse for 10 years, and my typical routine is working my 40-hour week, going to the gym, meal prepping, and relaxing at home. I’ve only lived in Austin for about a year, so I also enjoy exploring the city through solo adventures or group activities. I love hiking local trails, working out, comedy shows, spending time on the lake, water activities, and arts and crafts. I also travel often to visit friends and family.

I’m currently enrolled in school to further my education. Since tuition is a significant expense, having a roommate would help make that goal more financially manageable. I’m looking for someone interested in a one-year lease.

I don’t have children, and I rarely have visitors, so I keep a quiet and low-key home. I enjoy chatting and hanging out when it feels natural, but I also respect personal space and am perfectly happy doing my own thing.
