I’m from West LA, own a home in the Palm Springs area, 31, and work in Marketing + Interior Design + Pilates Instructor! I’m also an enrolled student at Interior Designer’s Institute in Newport, which brings me to Newport Beach!

I’m searching for a private room + private bathroom to rent in Newport Beach or the Newport Bluffs Complex.

Length Stay: Month-to-month with option for longer. I am in school for another year or so=]

I’m very clean, friendly, quiet, respectful, hard-working, and organized. I can provide a background check, references, if needed! I like a peaceful and pretty environment. I have a toy maltipoo who’s very well behaved and potty trained who’d live with me! I prefer no smoking, no cats (i’m soo allergic), no shoes inside the home, laundry in unit, covered/garage parking, AC. I’m open to a monthly cleaning service as well!
