Hello, I am an Applied Mathematics student at Santa Monica College planning to transfer to the University of California (UC) system. I am looking for a private bedroom and am happy to share a bathroom and other common areas with other housemates.

I lead a quiet lifestyle and value cleanliness. In my free time, I usually go to the gym, study, or play video games while wearing headphones. I maintain a regular schedule—typically sleeping from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—and am very mindful of keeping noise levels down, especially at night.

I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use marijuana, and I do not have any pets. I keep common areas tidy, do not host parties, and rarely have visitors. I have a solid track record with rent payments and can provide identification, proof of enrollment, and other necessary documentation.

I am looking to move in around August 20, 2026, for a lease term of approximately one year.
