I’m looking for a clean, calm, responsible, and focus‑oriented environment to rent in. I prioritize cleanliness and communication, so I’m seeking a comfortable place with respectful housemates.

Since I’m paid weekly at my job, I prefer a rental setup that allows weekly or biweekly rent payments while maintaining a twelve to twenty four month long‑term lease.
