I grew up in Michigan and came down to Florida 4 years ago with what would fit in my car, and my pup of course, as a travel healthcare worker. I fell in love with the Gulf Coast and made Florida my permanent home. I’ve been in St. Pete for a couple of years now, this city sets itself apart with the eclectic culture which brings people together in a special way. A little about me- I just turned 40, female, straight, no kids but I love them ☺️, if I’m not working I’m most likely doing something outdoors or art related, I have a mini American Eskimo dog named Mia, she just turned 13 and is one of the sweetest pooches around. She’s great with people, kids and other dogs. When it comes to living with others having a transparent discussion upfront about expectations, lifestyle etc I believe is essential for having a successful co-living experience. I am a very clean individual and strive to respect others space as I wish my own to be. Developing a friendship is an added bonus as I’m a “people person,” however not necessary.
