We are drama free, keep to ourselves, we clean up after ourselves and a lot of times Chance will clean after everyone as well! He is OCD and doesn’t mind doing it. I’m a full time student and do AI freelancer work as well. We would love to help someone that needs a little help like us or would love to have someone give us 2 good people a chance to get back on their feet, or who knows, we may like the arrangement so much we all decide to stay together!
