Hi, I’m Quang, an incoming international graduate student from Vietnam studying at Stevens Institute of Technology. I’m looking to move in around August 22–23, 2026, and I’m seeking a private room near reliable public transportation to Hoboken. I’m responsible, respectful, and focused on my studies. I’m comfortable sharing a bathroom and common areas, with a budget of up to $1,500 per month. I’m clean, organized, and always tidy up after myself, especially in shared spaces. I’m easygoing and open-minded, and I do not have strong preferences regarding my roommates’ backgrounds, interests, or hobbies, as long as everyone is respectful, considerate, and keeps the shared space reasonably clean.
