My son is looking for a new residence due to a new job that he will begin July 25, 2026 in Waldorf, MD. I have a house in Richmond, Virginia, but often travel to DC for work and church and need a secondary residence for occasional rest stops as hotels are expensive. Need two rooms in a clean drug free, nonsmoking, pet free home. We are Christ-centered and very easy to get along with.
