I’m 41, a finance and strategy professional with about 15 years in the field — currently doing project coordination and financial administration for a Virginia contracting firm. Outside of work I’m finishing a PhD in Management, and I hold a master’s in law from Fordham and an economics degree from Maryland. So most of my evenings are quiet, at a desk, with headphones on.

I can commit to multiple months upfront if that’s helpful on your end. My house is on the market and I’m looking for a stable place to land while that wraps up — straightforward situation, clear timeline.

I’m clean and tidy by default, not the kind of person who leaves dishes in the sink or takes over shared space. I’m up early, work out most days, and in bed at a reasonable hour. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke, but I’m extremely easygoing. I’m definitely a team player who’s willing to go above and beyond to keep a stable home.

Financially rock solid; rent and utilities paid on time or early, every time.
