I am a 29 year old Army veteran who works as a carpenter and in pool service part time. I am a neat freak, and like to keep my living area in excellent condition, as it is a reflection of and helps your mental health. I have a dog named Ki, hes a big ol’ german shepard who is about to turn 15 and possibly retire soon. He is non-agressive, doesnt chew up property, and loves to sit outside in the sun. Alongside from my jobs, i receive VA disability which can guarantee rent payment every month. I always do my part around the house, and will go out of my way to clip the grass, put food, soap and other amenities in the house, and clean up frequently. I usually keep to myself and maintain a low profile, and am lightweight on utilities. Ive never been in trouble with the law and have a bachelors degree in finance.
