Hi! My name is Sarah, and I’m a responsible, respectful, and easygoing working professional looking for a room to rent. I’m clean, organized, financially responsible, and appreciate a peaceful, drama-free home. I enjoy spending time with family, working, and getting out to explore and stay active.

I have a wonderful 14-year-old daughter who visits me on some weekends. We are usually out shopping, hiking, going to events, or spending time together, so she’s not home very often. She is respectful, well-mannered, and understands the importance of respecting other people’s homes.

I also have two pets: one friendly indoor cat and one bearded dragon. My cat is litter-trained and well-behaved. My bearded dragon is kept safely in a secure terrarium, is quiet, odor-free, and actually enjoys being around people. He’s very social and a favorite conversation starter!

I’m also looking for a cannabis-friendly home, as I am a registered medical cannabis patient and have a valid medical marijuana card. I always use responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with Pennsylvania law and the house rules.

I’m looking for a safe, welcoming place where everyone respects one another’s privacy and space. I pay my bills on time, clean up after myself, communicate openly, and treat any home I’m living in as if it were my own. I’m happy to provide references if requested.
