Hey, I’m David, 24, and moving to the Scottsdale area in late August for flight training. I currently work full-time as an audit associate and will also be running a small pressure-washing business on the side.

I’m clean, respectful, reliable with rent, and pretty easygoing. I like working out, being outdoors, checking out new places, and meeting people, but I also value a comfortable home where everyone communicates and respects each other’s space. Looking for roommates around my age who are friendly, responsible, and down to have a good living situation: not a constant party house, but definitely not antisocial either.
