Hi, I’m Ojas. I recently relocated from Taiwan to the Sunnyvale area for work and am employed full-time as an engineer. I have a stable income and a regular weekday schedule, usually from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and considerate of other people’s privacy and shared spaces. I prefer a calm home environment, communicate clearly, and always pay rent on time. I’m looking for a safe and comfortable place with responsible and respectful housemates, ideally for a longer-term stay.
