Working professional (healthcare industry) who long distance commutes from LA. Need a permanent place, but I will actually only be in AZ 8-10 nights per month. Likely Sunday to Thursday every other week. Im the perfect roommate, the kind that is never home! lol. Easy money for someone with a spare room. Must be close to the light rail, as I will use it to commute, I do not have a car.

I’m clean, quiet, friendly, don’t do drugs, have no criminal history, and have stable employment, and can provide a landlord reference for the last time I rented.
