Hi! I’m looking to move from Fresno to Oakland (preferably close to Lake Merritt) in December. I primarily work from home writing and editing reports—but “home” is a flexible term. I love taking my laptop to the beach and working from the sand.

Most of my belongings are clothes and craft supplies, but I also have all the furniture etc for my current 1 bedroom apartment. I’m willing to supply or part with anything depending on the needs of the apartment.

I have a precious but skittish old lady black cat that lays around all day—I think she would be okay with other low energy pets but she can also just stay in the bedroom full-time.

I was always a bedroom-kid and pretty much keep to myself, but I would love to find someone to enjoy socializing with as well. I’m all about movie nights, book clubs, board games, and the occasional night out. I’m also a runner and workout pretty regularly. When I’m not working at home, I’m usually watching videos, listening to music, and crafting. I always have a jigsaw puzzle going.

I have a significant other that might come over occasionally, and I’m fine with occasional visitors as long as I can still sleep. I’m open to living with couples or multiple people. I’m not a drinker, but I have no problem with someone else drinking! (Other than a severe rum allergy) I smoke cannabis occasionally and of course would keep that outside.

I’m moving to Oakland for a fresh start and seeking a long-term living situation. I’m looking forward to trying new experiences and building a life in the Bay Area!
