Im a very respectful, responsible adult easy to get along with and very chill among most people I dont mind loud noise so long as it doesnt outdo my alarms. Im all about helping out when and where I can if I can in repairs or life matters. Otherwise I keep to myself most of the time and do my utmost to not be a burden.

I currently do NOT have a cat however it would be something I look forward to having as a emotion support animal all documentation is present and official by therapist authorization.

I do smoke from time to time but have no issues taking it outside if nessisary and drink on rare occation, also a gamer so most of my time away from work would be either spent with my girlfriend or gaming, watching movies, anime, etc.

Not looking for contract based leasing as my goal eventually will be to have a place of my own.
