Description
Hi everyone! I’m starting school at COCC for the fall term and I’m looking for a place to live in the Redmond/ Bend area while in school preferably an affordable bedroom to rent. Term starts September 21st and I’d like to be in the area possibly early to middle of September but I’m super flexible. I don’t have a big budget so I’m looking for something within 800-900 total. I do not currently have any jobs lined up for when I’m in the area but I did qualify for FASFA so I will have reliable income for housing. A little about me and why I’d be a good fit to rent to: Well I’m 19, I’ve been living on my own since 16. I’m going back to school to become a victims advocate with my aaot in behavioral health. I have experince with direct support work, caregiving and much more including but not limited to; waitressing, dog sitting, babysitting, tutoring and all forms of art. I know I’m young but I do have a lot of life experince and I’m ready to become a working member of society and to do my part the best that I can. I’m clean but not a clean freak, I’m respectful, I do not smoke/vape/ or any drugs, I am a great cook and baker and I get along with everybody. Some cons: with my current situation I really cannot afford housing until my fasfa has been processed (after term starts). I do have some savings to put down as a deposit but couldn’t put down a lot of what people are asking for. But as soon as it processes I’ll be able to pay the full rent and deposit. I know it’s not ideal and could be a deal breaker for alot of people but I’m really hoping for someone to give me a chance. Another possible deal breaker, I have 2 cats that have been a big part of my life and I’m aware that I need to choose priorities over my animals but I’d really like to bring them with me if possible, they are both very friendly to all animals and people, they aren’t hyper and mostly just lounge around all day. they are not priority but I would really like to find a place to rent from who would be ok with them even if that meant a pet fee or pet deposit. Why you should consider renting to me: I’m clean, respectful, caring, I keep to myself, work and school will be my top priorities with work coming in second. I do plan on finding a job as soon as possible within moving and starting school. I’m very quiet, and I don’t mind doing chores around the house. So I guess if anyone is willing to take a chance on me please message me .
