Hey I’m James and I work full time as a land surveyor in Jacksonville. I work early mornings and, so during the week I’m usually up early and in bed at an earlier time. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I like keeping shared spaces picked up, paying bills on time, and having a laid-back home environment. I’m not into partying or bringing a bunch of people over I mostly just want a comfortable place to relax after work. I’m looking for a roommate who’s responsible, employed, and values open communication and mutual respect. My goal is to split a nice apartment so we can both enjoy a better place with good amenities while keeping costs reasonable.
