🏡 Looking for a Roommate – Chester/Petersburg, VA (November Move-In)

I’m planning to move to the Chester/Petersburg, VA area this November and I’m looking for a responsible, dependable roommate to team up with. My goal is to find a nice place in a convenient location between Richmond and Fort Lee, making the commute easy while keeping living expenses lower for both of us.

I’ll handle getting the place in my name—I just don’t see the point in paying everything myself when it’s beneficial for both people to split the costs.

To be clear, I can absolutely afford to get a place on my own. I’m only looking because the right teammate could make the situation even better for both of us. If I find someone who’s responsible, financially stable, and on the same page, it’s a win-win.
