Highly tech oriented individual, majority of my work, business and leisure resolved around my pc station. I generally keep to myself, though I am very personable and enjoy chatting small or big topics if we cross paths. I cook all my meals, and am generally very tidy/low footprint kitchen use.

I do have one unique need: need hardwired internet for software development reasons. Generally I pay for and install my own internet provider (cable, fiber) separate of any included wifi with rental.

Steady income, large savings, 800 credit score, no credit faults/evictions/debt judgements, non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs…I dont even get traffic tickets. 😅
