Hi! I’m Jaylen, 18, and I’m an incoming freshman at Pace University studying BFA Performance Making. I’ll be moving to NYC from Louisiana this fall and I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly place to call home.

I’m easygoing, organized, and always clean up after myself. I enjoy music, movies, exploring new neighborhoods, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people. While I’m excited to experience everything NYC has to offer, I also appreciate a peaceful home where everyone communicates well and respects each other’s space.

I’d love to live with roommates who are friendly, considerate, and open to occasionally hanging out, whether that’s grabbing food, exploring the city, or just relaxing at home. I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and value creating a welcoming, drama-free living environment.

I’m looking for a private room in a shared apartment with roommates, ideally around the $1,200–$1,500/month range, and I’m hoping to move in before my classes begin in late August. Looking forward to connecting!
